Refund Policy
Rental bookings

Once a rental has started or the racket has been dispatched, rental fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel before dispatch, you may request a refund of the rental fee, minus any non-recoverable payment or admin costs.

Rental periods are fixed. Unused days are not refundable.
Delays & delivery issues

If a racket is significantly delayed due to our error and has not been used, please contact us and we’ll review the situation fairly.

Delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries are not refundable but we will assist where possible.
Damage & condition

Normal playing wear (light scuffs, cosmetic marks) is expected and will not result in charges.

If a racket is returned damaged beyond normal use, repair or replacement costs may apply.

If a racket is lost or not returned, charges may apply up to the retail value.
Keep-the-racket purchases

If you choose to keep the racket, the rental becomes a purchase.

Once purchased, the racket is non-refundable, as it has been used.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive the wrong racket or believe the racket is faulty on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and before use.

Do not play with the racket until we advise you.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
