Delivery

  • We ship all rackets within the UK mainland using tracked courier services.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to availability.

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not order date.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

Rental Start Date

  • Your 7-day rental period begins on the day the racket is delivered, as confirmed by courier tracking.

  • We are not responsible for delays once the racket is with the courier, but we will assist where possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Where applicable, shipping includes:

    • Outbound delivery

    • Return instructions at the end of the rental

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Returns Shipping

  • Return instructions are provided with your order or by email.

  • You are responsible for:

    • Returning the racket securely

    • Dispatching it on or before the final rental day, unless you choose to purchase the racket

  • Risk remains with you until the racket is received by us.

Keep the Racket

  • If you choose to keep the racket, no return is required.

  • Shipping costs already paid are not deducted from the purchase price.

Delivery Issues

Delayed deliveries

  • If a delivery is significantly delayed due to our error, please contact us and we’ll review the situation fairly.

  • Delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries are outside our control.

Incorrect or damaged deliveries

  • If you receive the wrong racket or the racket is damaged on arrival, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and before use.

  • Please keep all packaging and do not play with the racket until we advise you.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.

  • Failed deliveries or returns caused by incorrect address details may result in additional shipping charges.

UK Mainland Only

  • At this time, we ship to UK mainland addresses only.

  • We do not currently ship to PO boxes or international addresses.
