Delivery

We ship all rackets within the UK mainland using tracked courier services.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to availability.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not order date.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Rental Start Date

Your 7-day rental period begins on the day the racket is delivered, as confirmed by courier tracking.

We are not responsible for delays once the racket is with the courier, but we will assist where possible.

Where applicable, shipping includes:

Outbound delivery

Return instructions at the end of the rental

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Returns Shipping

Return instructions are provided with your order or by email.

You are responsible for:

Returning the racket securely

Dispatching it on or before the final rental day, unless you choose to purchase the racket

Risk remains with you until the racket is received by us.
Keep the Racket

If you choose to keep the racket, no return is required.

Shipping costs already paid are not deducted from the purchase price.
Delivery Issues
Delayed deliveries

If a delivery is significantly delayed due to our error, please contact us and we’ll review the situation fairly.

Delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries are outside our control.
Incorrect or damaged deliveries

If you receive the wrong racket or the racket is damaged on arrival, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and before use.

Please keep all packaging and do not play with the racket until we advise you.
Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.

Failed deliveries or returns caused by incorrect address details may result in additional shipping charges.
UK Mainland Only

At this time, we ship to UK mainland addresses only.

We do not currently ship to PO boxes or international addresses.
